KARACHI CHAMBER OF CMMERCE (KCCI)

The Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) were established in 1959 and since then it has been serving the economy of Pakistan and has continuously contributed to its development and progress. The KCCI tries to support and serve the private companies and help them solve their problems. As a body, it also issues statements to the news media making recommendations and expressing its views on current economic and financial issues in Karachi and also in Pakistan. It was registered under the Trade Organization Ordinance 1961, which regulates the working of the Trade Bodies in the country.

 

REGISTRATION IN KCCI:

1. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION (INDIVIDUAL).
2. KCCI Form
3. CNICs of owner

• Latest Income Tax Return

1. NTN Certificate/ Sales Tax Registration certificate
2. Bank Account Maintaining certificate (Original)
3. Two Passport size photographs.

• Letter Head of Business;

 

1. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FORREGISTRATION (AOP).
2. KCCI Form
3. CNICs of Partners

• Partnership deed and Registration certificate from Registrar (attested by notary Public)

1. Latest Income Tax Return
2. NTN Certificate/ Sales Tax Registration certificate
3. Bank Account Maintaining certificate (Original)

• Two Passport size photographs of Partners.
• Letter Head of Business;

 

1. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FORREGISTRATION (COMPANY)
2. KCCI Form
3. Incorporation Certificate of the Company;

• NTN/Sales Tax Registration Certificate of Company;

1. Memorandum and Article of Association of the Company;
2. CNICs of all Directors;
3. Original certificate of maintenance of bank account in Company’s name;

• Latest Income Tax Return;
• Two Passport size photographs of Directors;

RENEWAL IN KCCI

The renewal of KCCI membership takes place every year before 31 ^st of March. Following documents are required for renewal of registration.

1. Challan Fee
2. Latest income tax return
